Crimson as deep and passionate as a Hollywood diva's voice; Queen of the Living dead black; Corporate Sobriety Purple.

The good, the bright and the vivid dominate this spring's nail colour scene - be it on the exquisitely manicured cheratinous appendages of fashion queens and desperate housewives alike.

Begone, faint winter tints. Hallo bright spring colours.

Mind you, these bold fashion statements present grievous dangers.

First of all your nails (or toenails ) have to be perfect.

Non nice.

Not cured.

Perfect.

The bright tint will highlight each and every chip and imperfection on your nails. And we all know there's just one answer to that: manicure, manicure, manicure.

Well, if that doesn't work there's always kitchen gloves...

Altrimenti vi possiamo consigliare i guanti da meccanico. Magari si intonano con lo stivaletto che avete appena comprato.

Welcome

Fashion has always been on everybody's mouth: from the eloquent dicussions in posh tea parlours to petty gossing at the hair-srtylist's... Everybody loves talking about fashion.

One-season fads, dresses which never go out of fashion.

What's in now, what's going to be great.

The ancient greeks believed beauty was truth and truth beauty.

We humbly suggest that beauty is also fun and we intend to write about it - with all the creativity and wit we can muster.
We will discuss beauty in its every form, be it striding on the catwalk, cruising on the highway or simply worn in everyday's life.
We will space from gossip to dissertation in the blink of an eye.

And, please, don't tell us that these are trifling matters - it's a glamorous job, but someone has to do it.
