The UPS or EMS tracking number will be e-mailed shortly after the order has been dispatched.
Realvanity will not pay extra costs coming from local taxes or clearance costs for extra EUR countries.

RESI
The consumer, as required by law, has the right to return goods within 10 days from the date of purchase and to have refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers may ask Realvanity to take care of shipping, in which case the costs will be deducted by the paid sum.
Should the Customers require so, they may take care personally of the shipping of the returned items by using insured services.

WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must contact customerservice@realvanity.com with a written request to return the item (s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZAITON NUMBER: Once the written request is received, the client will receive a written confirmation.
ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING: if the goods are sold in a branded original branded box or packaging, the packaging has to be returned in the same conditions it arrived.
7 DAYS: The return of the unused item(s) must reach REALVANITY within 7 days of the written confirmation.
RETURN SHIPMENT FEES: The Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import fees.
REALVANITY reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
REALVANITY reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
REALVANITY will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
REALVANITY reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees
depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
Swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
Every item sold by REALVANITY is tested and photographed before shipping.
