COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - REAL VANITY
REALVANITY (www.realvanity.com) is a Business Unit of "Gestione Stock S.r.l." with its legal headquarters in Via A. Volta 22/E - 36030 Costabissara (Vicenza) Italy - Vat Number # IT02801470242.
1. Products and Images On Line: REALVANITY declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client's computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original. Images on REALVANITY belong to REALVANITY and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of REALVANITY is forbidden.
2. Product Availability: Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to warehouses. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department REALVANITY reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction's validity and check the Client's record with REALVANITY. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client's request.
3. Payment methods: Credit Cards and PayPal are welcome and accepted
4. Discounts: discounts, promotions and offers are NOT CUMULATIVE. It's not possible to use more than one discount type per item per purchase.
In case of promotions related to the registration of new users, Realvanity may cancel individual discount codes or orders because of misuse.
Payment with Credit Card:
1. Credit Card: When clients place orders on line Credit Card details to the protected online banking system KEYCLIENT , provided by Bank FriulAdria / Credit Agricole. We which accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners.
Realvanity does not accept American Express (AMEX) credit cards.
2. Credit Card Security: REALVANITY Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by Banca Intesa Secure Server. REALVANITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES. REALVANITY recommends Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard. 3. Credit Card Authorization:
If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order is authorized by Moneta On Line - SETEFI for Banca Intesa/ San Paolo and an email message will be sent directly to Client from Banca Intesa to confirm the valid transaction. The Credit Card is NOT debited and funds are only authorized toward a REALVANITY order. REALVANITY debits Credit Cards the day of shipment for merchandise that is available. Orders are shipped from REALVANITY in Costabissara (VI) Italy - Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Realvanity reserves the right to decline orders made with Business credit cards with a high fraud risk. Owners of these cards may be asked to produce copies of their personal documents.
Payment with PAYPAL
1. REALVANITY welcomes payments only from Verified PayPal Accounts. New Clients can pay with a Verified PayPal Account for immediate shipping. REALVANITY will only ship to the Verified PayPal Account Address.
4. Orders and Shipments: Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to order@realvanity.com. Shipments are managed by UPS Courier (www.ups.com). As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL REALVANITY orders are shipped out of Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro or US Dollars.
Shipment Tracking: When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from REALVANITY specifying the tracking number. Clients can trace the shipments on the UPS website: www.ups.com. Open www.ups.com and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for "tracking" shipment. The web page will change and show the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier.
Authorized Shipment Delivery: Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. REALVANITY shipments are carefully packaged . If for any reason, the box looks tampered or the adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local UPS office and contact REALVANITY at customerservice@realvanity.com.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address as per the REALVANITY commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
If for any reason, an order from REALVANITY is not successfully delivered to the Client's address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including the cost of the return shipment and re-import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement
REALVANITY ships worldwide with UPS or other couriers. REALVANITY delivers to PO boxes in most countries: please contact us to find out if the country you are interested in is covered.
Payment of these IMPORT FEES is the sole responsibility of the Client.
UNITED STATES Shipment Information:
To receive an import, the US government custom's agency requires a social security number or a NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days. For More information: www.cbp.gov
SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOMS SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT'S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON- COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT'S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.
US Citizens and NON-US citizens residing in the US who import goods are required to pay import fees and taxes to the US government Customs Agency.
Private US citizens and non-US citizens residing in the US who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker, in this case UPS.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by UPS and/or REALVANITY.
All orders from the REALVANITY web site (www.realvanity.com) will be subject to import fees outside of the European Community and it is the sole responsibility of the Client to comply with import regulations and pay import fees.
EU Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
Due to the very strict rules and the extra paperwork needed to ship ANIMAL FURS in non EU countries, we will need some more time to produce the relevant papers.
Shipping to the Russian Federation
Realvanity ships regularly to addresses in the Russian Federation via EMS without extra costs. The nominal delivery time is 72 hours - please be aware that the Russian customs may hold the parcels, delaying the delivery.
Extra EU Countries:
Due to the promotion on shipping costs, Realvanity may charge a small extra fee for order with sizable volumetric weight.
5. Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
The customer is required to return the goods in packages of no bigger size than the original shipping.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: In the case of defective merchandise, or an error in the order on the part of REALVANITY, Clients must follow the following instructions:
- WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must contact customerservice@realvanity.com with a written request to return the item (s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZAITON NUMBER: Once the written request is received, the client will receive a written confirmation .
- ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
- ORIGINAL PACKAGING: if the goods are sold in a branded original branded box or packaging, the packaging has to be returned in the same conditions it arrived.
- 7 DAYS: The return of the unused item(s) must reach REALVANITY within 7 days of the written confirmation.
- RETURN SHIPMENT FEES: The Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import fees.
REALVANITY reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
REALVANITY reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
REALVANITY will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
REALVANITY reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
Swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
Every item sold by REALVANITY is tested and photographed before shipping.
6. Terms & Conditions
This notice contains the terms and legal conditions that govern the web site, REALVANITY (www.realvanity.com). Users of REALVANITY accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration. If Users do not accept these terms, REALVANITY reserves the right to ask the Users to refrain from using the REALVANITY web site. The access and the use of the web site REALVANITY are for personal use only. The visualization of the web site REALVANITY provides Clients with product information and the possibility to purchase merchandise
REALVANITY may ask its customers to provide static copies of their credit card and/or ID documents (such as passports and similars), with the sole purpose of preventing online fraud.
7. Final Customer
REALVANITY has created and published the web site REALVANITY with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients. The products on sale on the web site are destined to the Final Customer. By "Final Customer", REALVANITY intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at REALVANITY. Therefore, REALVANITY invites Users who may not be considered a "Final Customer" to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with REALVANITY nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale. In regard to the commercial policy described above, REALVANITY reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies
8. Property - Copyright & Trademark
REALVANITY is the owner of the web site REALVANITY and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the web site REALVANITY is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from REALVANITY. REALVANITY does not allow the use of the web site's contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.
9. Client requirements
To place orders at REALVANITY Clients must: - Be an individual as defined as a "Final Customer" - Be 18 years or older. - Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts. - Have a valid POP e-mail address. - Have a valid Credit Card or a Verified Paypal Account.
Special Import Requirements for United States residents:
Clients in the United States must have a Social Security Number or a NON US CITIZEN Import Number called a CPB - Customs Border Protection - assigned number to properly import goods and pay import fees to the US Government Custom's Agency. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

10. Declination of Responsibility:
REALVANITY publishes information on its web site REALVANITY to provide a service to Users, but declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once brought to attention, REALVANITY will execute immediate correction.
